What are the connection requirements?
  • Your iPhone, iPad, or Mac must be on the same network as your Sonos system
  • Your Sonos system must be set up and working
  • Your Sonos system must be discoverable on your network

What if my service isn't listed?

To listen to music from providers not yet supported (like Pandora or SiriusXM), make them a favorite in the Sonos app, then look for your stations in Clic search under Sonos Favorites.

Does Family Sharing work?

Yes — but Family Sharing sometimes won't work during a trial period. Once you're on a paid plan it works normally.

Clic Mini won't open on Mac — what do I do?

If Clic doesn't open Clic Mini automatically, you can use this workaround:

  1. Right-click the Clic app in Finder
  2. Select "Show Package Contents"
  3. Navigate to Contents → PlugIns
  4. Open Clic Mini

This should resolve the issue while I work to fix it.
